👍 This program is right for student-athletes who: - Have difficulty focusing, concentrating, or staying in-the-moment - Feel anxious, nervous, or worried during practices or competition - Have a hard time ‘letting go’ of mistakes or is their ‘own worst critic’ 🧠 How will this program help me? - Learn how to ‘get out of your own way’ and ‘out of your own head’ - Strengthen your control of ‘negative emotions’ like anxiety, fear, and frustration and reduce their impact on your performance - Build a more resilient mindset for sport and beyond ✏️ Program details: - Dates: 4-week program held June 23rd - July 14th - Time: 45-minute live virtual sessions on Wednesdays at 5PM PST / 8PM EST - Eligibility: Must be a current high school or college student-athlete to enroll. Special Pricing: Since this will be our pilot group, we are offering a special reduced rate of just $99 for the entire 4-week program.*
