Resting Athlete

We know that the mental demands of injury are often just as difficult as the physical demands. But now, high school athletes don’t have to go through injury alone. With MyHuddle, student-athletes gain support, on-demand resources, and a team of fellow injured athletes to persevere through the recovery process together.

"Although injury recovery is really hard, MyHuddle has helped me see that it is very much possible. The program has helped me be able to set small goals and take time for myself throughout the recovery time. While I cannot control the speed of recovery, I can control my attitude.”

“The MyHuddle program has helped my daughter realize she is not alone in the hard recovery process. She has found new motivation and a friendly community in the program.”

Mom of Injured HS Athlete

“I play soccer and run track and I have torn my ACL twice. Throughout the MyHuddle program I have learned that I am not alone in my recovery process. MyHuddle provides me with a safe space to speak to people who understand my struggles and give me helpful advice to keep moving forward."

Injured High School Athlete

"MyHuddle is the missing link that my athletes need -- without addressing the mental aspects of the recovery process, we are doing a disservice to our athletes."
